"2nd purchase; bristles harsher, shorter and of less quantity. A strange triangular shape to the brush compared to the first one purchased 6 years ago. Feels totally different against the face and the bristles stick out in all directions now. They seem synthetic or dyed plastic somehow. Replacement for the one I broke and if I could transfer the old brush to the new handle it would be a fine match, sadly not."

"You can't replace head, for almost $200 it's not acceptable. I've spent about $500 for all my purchases made here, subscribed to email and text ads, I get offers all the time like buy something and you will get discount or a gift. Didn't get discount for my 1st purchase nor gift, for my second purchase I've been told that I'll get a gift and I got email that says they've sent me something but tracking number is not available since last week so I have no clue where is it. Overall I'm not satisfied with the customer service, I expected it to be a lot better for a company that sells premium products if I may call them premium."
