"Bought this to replace another Muhle brush for no other reason than the look. My current one is a resin handle in Silvertip fiber and it still works famously. I came on here looking for accessories and stumbled upon this set. I was captivated by the birch bark handles with the satin stainless (I wish Muhle had more offerings in satin finishes). I bought it and the stand (and eventually the razor too). I have zero complaints, the Silvertip fiber works as expected (great), the look is simply awesome, and the maintenance is negligible. I oil the handle the same time I oil my cutting board with a high end mineral/plant based product. Easy peazy! Love it, and I hope the handle lasts for years to come!"
