The Material

Olive Wood

The wood of olive trees has been held in high regard since ancient times because it is naturally very hard and water-resistant. This expressive natural material impresses with its honey-colored grain, which is polished to a silky shine and is a delight for both hand and eye.

The Brush Head

Pure Badger

Wet shave and facial massage in one? This is possible thanks to pure badger hair. This shaving brush is the gateway to the world of shaving culture from the Ore Mountains. The natural material, with its darker color from brownish gray to black, reflects its extremely robust quality. The hair is stronger than silvertip and fine badger, yet softer and much more flexible than bristle. The brush head is machine-made and processed in line with the high standards of the MÜHLE manufactory.

The Razor Head

Closed Comb

A noble design and mechanical precision. The MÜHLE safety razor with closed comb promises a thorough yet gentle shave. Unlike the safety razor with an open comb, the foam edge has no teeth. In combination with a slightly steeper blade angle, this safety razor promises a particularly gentle shaving technique, which is also suitable for beginners with a little practice. The finest contours and clear lines at the base of the beard are just the icing on the cake.

A classic brought up to date.

VIVO

Rethinking classic form. The VIVO series is a contemporary update of the original shape of a shaving brush. The handles display the archetypal, bulbous curvature. The inversely curved base of high-gloss chrome evokes memories of traditional shaving culture while guaranteeing a secure fit in the specially developed holder with plastic insert. MÜHLE manufactures this newly interpreted classic from high-grade resin and plum wood. The VIVO safety razor is doubly classic. Those who prefer system razors can opt for blades by Gillette® Mach3® and Gillette® Fusion™.
