"Absolutely unacceptable. I ordered a MÜHLE razor directly from the MÜHLE Shaving US website, which is handled by their distributor Aleva. The product box arrived unsealed, and the razor itself had scratches, markings, and even a hair inside — clearly used. Imagine if I had put that to my face. When I complained, I was told “we don’t sell used products. ” Maybe not officially — but someone at Aleva clearly does, and MÜHLE must be held accountable for choosing them as their U. S. distributor. Allowing their brand to be represented this way shows a total lack of oversight. I returned it immediately. I’ll gladly pay more for Feather from Japan, a company that actually respects its customers. Both MÜHLE and Aleva have lost my trust, and I strongly warn others: do not risk buying from them."
