"I was given this razor as a gift 3 yrs ago. I have since bought one for my son and and one for my locker at work. I get razor burn easily and this razor is gentle enough that I almost never have it now. The weight is balanced and it feels good in my big hands (I wear xxl gloves). Cleans easy and looks good too."

"Easy to clean, disassemble, works best with a fresh Muhle safety blade 1-2 uses. Astra can be a bit too sharp for head shave. Personna Platinum similar feel. Good for a 1-2 pass shave. Efficient shave and suitable for 7 days per week for face and head. Ash wood handle requires some oil every once in awhile. I like the wood handles. Muhle is easily the best and pleased with the result."
