Stainless Steel

The name ROCCA (from the Italian for castle or fort) refers to the very best materials. Made from the most durable stainless steel with satin matt finish the products not only feel good in your hand, but also pleasing to the eye.

The Razor Head

Closed Comb

A noble design and mechanical precision. The MÜHLE safety razor with closed comb promises a thorough yet gentle shave. Unlike the safety razor with an open comb, the foam edge has no teeth. In combination with a slightly steeper blade angle, this safety razor promises a particularly gentle shaving technique, which is also suitable for beginners with a little practice. The finest contours and clear lines at the base of the beard are just the icing on the cake.

MÜHLE ROCCA Safety Razor

"I like the heft of the razor. Nice styling, too. 5-stars."

Expensive, yet built with Quality

"This is my first time using a straight razor that isn't made in China. You can definitely tell the quality of the product once you take it out of the box. Shaving with it is very smooth, and it is easy to clean after use. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a well built safety razor."

Pleasure to use

"This is a well made razor that has been nothing but enjoyable to use. The craftsmanship of the razor is apparent right out of the box. I appreciate the mix of modern and classic in the design. Just the right amount of aggressiveness and efficiency for me while still being able to be a daily driver."

Very Nice Shave with the Rocca

"I just finished my first shave with the ROCCA razor as I wanted a little step up from the R89 Grande I had been using. Using the same brand of blade I got a noticeably closer shave with the ROCCA. While it feels a little different than the R89 on the face, I still managed a nice shave with no nicks or razor burn. I imagine from here on out I will use the ROCCA most often but I will also use the R89 Grande as well. Both are great razors and are very well made, I look forward to using them for many years to come."

Better than I expected, The

"Better than I expected, The best shave smooth and comfortable. Feels great in my hand and on my face. Highly recommend this razor."

Favorite Razor(s)

"I couldn’t decide between this R94 and the R95 (birchbark), so I ordered them together. Figured I’d return the one that I liked the least. I kept both. Weight distribution and the low head profile make for an excellent shave and the handles (both of them) are just right. The birchbark is, predictably, softer. The black handle’s surface structure is super comfortable. No slippage with either. Wet or dry. Plus they look very very cool. The Roccas provide a great platform. I’ve used a variety of different blades with both (and my R89…I like to experiment) and all have performed exactly as advertised. 👍👍 My facial hair growth is in the middle range in terms of coarseness. The Rocca razors are the perfect match. I couldn’t be happier."

I love it

"You make the best razors in the world"

classy AND affordable

"Muhle has always been associated with classic design in their shave gear. When they introduced a stainless steel offering I knew I had to have it. I was very pleased with the price (some can be astronomical). My first shave was with a Gillette Silver Blue blade. The blade loaded snugly with no play, the shave was smooth, mild yet efficient. A great addition to the modern stainless offerings out there."

Q&A

MÜHLE ROCCA Safety Razor & Shaving Brush

Cool fascination in stainless steel.

ROCCA

Simple, clear, masculine. That’s what the ROCCA line is all about. Linear design meets sleek stainless steel. Like no other, this material stands for cool elegance and extreme robustness. But MÜHLE even goes one step further – the jet-black coating of diamond-like carbon is many times harder than steel. A finish doesn’t get any more durable than that. This also applies to the first colour-coordinated holder, which is available both on its own and in the ROCCA line set. The version made of elaborately layered birch bark is more delicate in appearance, but is just as water-resistant and durable. Timeless beauty that’s here to stay.
