GENTLE SHAVING EXPERIENCE

When designing the razor, we particularly focused on protective features, allowing for more safety in avoiding scratches or nicks than other DE razors.

The COMPANION features rails on both sides of the top plate enabling the user to find the perfect angle for shaving (30°-50°). If the angle is too small or too large the rail will adjust the distance between blade and skin. Blade exposure is also kept at a minimum level to allow for a smooth yet gentle shave.

Furthermore, the head features protective flaps over the blunt sides of the blade to avoid unintentionally scratching or nicking of the skin when shaving the body.

EASY TO USE

With a shave that feels incredibly gentle, the customer can easily build up confidence with DE shaving making it ideal for beginners.

DESIGNED WITH DIVERSITY IN MIND

With a longer handle, The COMPANION is ideal for shaving legs, head, neck, and shoulders. The fingerprint design provides a good grip and contributes to the ‘companion concept’: something that is individual, personal, and intimate- a good friend.

CUSTOMIZABLE

The cord hook for hanging the razor can be replaced and is available in an array of colors. Users can also attach individual cords of any length. A special COMPANION blade guard made of recycled plastic will be arriving shortly after the razor is launched.

The Material

PVD is the short form for "Physical Vapour Deposition". In this process, a solid material is vaporised in a vacuum and applied to the surface of a component, resulting in a very high level of hardness. To be more precise, ion particles from the original material are replaced by "different coloured" ones. This creates a thin, bonded surface layer in chrome. A matt finish can hardly be more elegant and durable.

A noble design and mechanical precision. The MÜHLE safety razor with closed comb promises a thorough yet gentle shave. Unlike the safety razor with an open comb, the foam edge has no teeth. In combination with a slightly steeper blade angle, this safety razor promises a particularly gentle shaving technique, which is also suitable for beginners with a little practice. The finest contours and clear lines at the base of the beard are just the icing on the cake.

Safety was of paramount importance while developing the first unisex model: The new design of the shaver head with a finely adjusted blade angle ensures even greater safety. At the same time, the handle with extra grip and resembles fingerprints is slightly longer than other MÜHLE shavers. This makes shaving your legs and other parts of your body a blissful experience. COMPANION features traditional blades – and thus genuine sustainability in your bathroom. The cord made of pure cotton can also be replaced easily by extending the rear part of the handle.
