Absolute worst customer service of any company I can recall

"The product quality is ok but if you care about customer service then Muhle at all costs. Their website clearly states that returns are accepted within 30 days, what they don't tell you until you start to file a return is that if you open the package, the return is not longer available. So stupid me, I bought two brushes because I wanted to see them in person to compare and planned to return 1 of the 2 brushes, well lo and behold when I went to return one of the brushes it was no longer an option, simply because I broke the seal of the package. So I got stuck paying for two! To make it much worse, before I opened anything I asked how I should proceed and got no response so I took it upon myself to order two and compare - big mistake but also shame on this company for never responding to my original inquiry because this all could have been avoided if they responded to anything!"

Amazing feel

"This is as close to silvertip badger hair as I have felt in a synthetic brush, except without the smell. The only negative thing I have to say is that the knot felt a little loose, which makes me wonder how long the glue will hold. However, this is very nitpicky the brush is superb!"
