"I know some squeeze the cream straight into the brush and I know you get sufficient results that way. For me, I like using the shave mug from Muhle. It is great to find a shave soap and my first shaves were a thin weak lather. I use the cream to match the texture of the soap, if that makes sense. And if I'm being honest, the cream keeps you honest about the consistency of your shaving soap. Some days if the cream is better I go back to the shave soap and spend more time. The cream is a good product, and if you need to save 1-2 minutes of time in the morning then cream does not need to be hydrated as much. I always add some water to the MUHLE shave mug and I am getting some excellent shaves. I like the Aloe Vera scent, clean and light feeling and enjoyable for me. You should always have on hand."
